As of January 11th, 2024, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has released an order that may impact the continuation of the Affordable Connectivity Program. As of January 25th, 2024 the order will be in full effect. In compliance with the regulatory requirements of the order, we are providing you with this notice no later than 14 days after the release of the Order.

The Affordable Connectivity Program will stop accepting new applications and enrollments on February 7, 2024. Consumers must be approved and enrolled with a service provider by 11:59 p.m. ET on February 7th to receive the ACP benefit.
