Return/Refund & Cancellation Policy ======================== Last updated: November 20, 2025 Thank you for making a payment at Advanced High Speed Internet. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Interpretation and Definitions ============================== Interpretation ————– The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. Definitions ———– For the purposes of this Policy: * You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. * Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Advanced High Speed Internet, 1703 University Parkway, Yakima, WA 98901. * Service refers to the Website. * Website refers to Advanced High Speed Internet accessible from https://advancedisp.com/ * Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. * Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or make a payment from Us. Your Policy Rights ============================== Advanced High Speed Internet does not monitor accounts for inactivity. Absence of activity or usage of your account will not result in termination of your account by Advanced High Speed Internet, and no refunds will be given based on the absence of activity. If you fail to notify us of your intention to cancel you will be responsible for all access fees until the date of account termination regardless of whether you used the service. Accounts will only be canceled in full when the balance owed on the account is zero dollars ($0.00) or less. Customers may cancel services at any time, however there is a 30 day cancellation policy, so the effective cancellation date will be 30 days from the date the cancellation was placed. Advanced High Speed Internet will issue account credit for any prepaid time beyond the effective cancellation date. In the event that a customer is still under contract, any amounts due per the contract will be immediately payable. Be sure to retrieve any information you want to keep: emails, invoices, etc. and save it separately from your account before you cancel. FCC rules state that any cabling installed by a service provider is a fixture of the premise. We will not be responsible for removal of cabling after a cancellation request has been made. Advanced Internet installs specific hardware and components used in the delivery of its services which is documented in the office records. This equipment is solely owned by Advanced Internet and will be the customers responsibility to make arrangements to have it timely returned. Failure to return provider-owned hardware will result in collection activities and potentially legal action. Wireless Cancellations: The customer is responsible for returning the Radio equipment (Any leased equipment such as routers, phones, or switches, Antenna, and the AC adapter power injector) If the customer is unable to return the equipment, Advanced High Speed Internet can schedule an appointment to recover the equipment onsite with the customer present. If the wireless equipment is not returned within 30 days you will be responsible for replacement fees listed in your contract or a minimum of $300 for month-to-month circuits. Fiber Cancellations: The customer is responsible for returning the fiber optic “modem” (including power adapter) and any leased hardware such as routers, switches, or additional provider owned equipment. Any cabling, conduit, or outdoor utility boxes from the premise to the telephone pole or distribution point shall be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer is requesting their service drop be disconnected this request must be made with our office. At no point shall the customer modify, tamper, access, or otherwise handle any pole-mounted hardware, vault or handholes or any other equipment contained within. At no point shall the customer modify the drop in a manner that it presents a hazard to the public. In the event that our installation is tampered with in a manner that causes a public safety concern, we will notify law enforcement and take appropriate actions to remedy the situation, including billing the account-holder for any costs incurred with correcting the deficiency. If the fiber optic equipment is not returned within 30 days you will be responsible for replacement fees listed in your contract or a minimum of $150 for month-to-month circuits. Phone Cancellations: The customer is responsible for returning all leased hardware used in the delivery of telephone services. In the event that a phone number is to be ported to another carrier there will be a $10 port-out fee applied to each phone number ported. If in a lease term, the entire remainder balance of lease will be due immediately upon termination, and will include a restocking fee of 15% of the hardware cost of the equipment. Customers will have 30 days to make arrangements for their number to be ported to another carrier or will be disconnected after the cancellation period. Advanced High Speed Internet will not be held liable for disconnection of a phone number after a cancellation request has been received. E-Mail Cancellations: The customer is responsible for safely migrating their email contents to a new provider or finding a suitable 3rd party solution to migrate their email. Upon cancellation customers will have 14 days to reverse the cancellation. After 14 days the email and its contents will be permanently deleted with zero ability to recover the email. For account security purposes, Termination of account requires a phone call by the account holder to the office at 509-895-9600. Emails or mail regarding cancellations will not be accepted. In the event of a cancellation due to a death or in a power of attorney situation, such proof may be required to establish legal authority to manage the account. Only properly communicating with the office to terminate service will relieve the subscriber of the obligation to pay monthly service charges. Only the account owner can cancel an account. In the event of a death or incapacitation a power of attorney must be provided to prove legal authority over the accounts affairs.
